The blacks

The blacks that live here don't take out the garbage to be collected by sanitation and if I don't take it out they won't take it out and they will keep accumulating more garbage here and I've seen young blacks living here that are old enough and strong enough to take out the garbage but they don't do it. You think they will go out to shovel the snow after it snows?
