Freedom
Someone told me many years ago that everything in life has a purpose. I get good government benefits due to having a mental illness and all my needs are met. When the economy has gotten bad here and people were losing their jobs, their homes and everything I didn't go through that because I get government benefits. When I used to work I always had the fear of losing my job, a lot of people feel the same way, I can tell. After I started getting government benefits that fear is gone and I feel safe and secure. I get all kinds of benefits, I get a free government phone, a monthly ssi check, food stamps every month to buy food, medicaid, a half fare omny card, free car service to go to my appointments, I live in a low income housing program paying low rent and now I live in a nice house but I have to live with roommates. Find a way to at least give people the basic needs and make them happy. Everyone wants to be happy. People are always looking for ways to be happy. Give people what they want.

White people
I'm glad I live in a country ruled by white people. There are good things about this country. I became mentally ill, I have other health problems, I get government benefits because of that and I live a good life here. I live in a low income housing program paying low rent and I get good benefits every month, all my needs are met. If I were living in the Dominican Republic I would have been dead a long time ago due to my health problems. People are safer and have more opportunities in countries ruled by white people than in countries ruled by other races. When people from other countries want to have a better life they move to countries ruled by white people. During Biden's presidency thousands of people from all over the world were crossing the US border.

Black culture
I tried to read different Bibles completely since I was very young that's why I don't have tattoos. All the Bibles I tried to read completely are written differently and say different things. One of the Bibles I tried to read completely clearly says that when you conquer a new land to destroy the people in that land and their culture and replace it with yours. Black culture has to be destroyed and replaced with something better. Year after year and generation after generation the same problems keep happening with black people. They don't evolve. Something has to be done to make black people better human beings. I don't hate all black people because there are good black people and I've been helped by them. The whole world turned against me including my family members and my ex wife that's why I ended up having a mental illness. My family
After doing some thinking I realized that a lot of bad things happened to me because my family didn't guide me in life. I was young and inexperienced, I needed guidance and my family didn't guide me in life. They never really gave me any advice or taught me how things are in the US and in life. That's why I made a lot of mistakes. Mistakes that could have caused me to go to prison or lose my life. When I told a girl at a therapy site that I visit that my family didn't guide me in life she said to me that young people need guidance especially if they are boys.

My son
I heard my sister's father killed a woman and she is very evil. When I went to visit my son one day he drew a picture for me, I fold it, I put it in my pocket and when I got home I put it on my wall. I was in the hospital for 8 months waiting for housing. When I was given an apartment and I got out of the hospital I went to visit my mother and the picture that my son drew for me was still on the wall. I went to visit my mother again one day and the picture that my son drew for me wasn't on the wall. I think my sister was the one who removed it from the wall and threw it away. You see how evil she is? And I am sure she knew that one of my children drew that picture for me. She removed it from the wall and she threw it away. And she's a very small person. When my ex wife first met my sister she told me that my sister is a midget. My ex wife used to love me and I used to love her. We used to have a lot of sex. Everytime I wanted to have sex with her she always allowed me to and she used to come in my mouth. I was good to her and our children. I always made sure they had what they needed. I used to provide for them like a good father would do. My children also used to love me very much and I love them with all my heart.
Dominican Republic
The last time I went to the Dominican Republic my friend's mother told me that things have changed completely in the Dominican Republic. She said that there are people there who ask for money and when you say no to them they say, "y si tu no tiene cualto que tu hace en la calle?!" I dreamed of traveling around the world, I started doing that and I don't like how things are in other countries. In commercials they make other countries seem nice and when you travel to them reality is different. In the Dominican Republic there weren't even ambulances for the people, I don't know about now.
My brother in law and my sister
After I learned that I could be homeless my sister told me that she won't let me be homeless and that she was going to receive my ssi money after my mother dies. I was scared and when she told me that I was relieved. Some time after that my niece called me over the phone. She insulted me and appeared in my mother's house a few minutes after she called me to kick me out. I don't know what got into them. I made a joke with my cousin and she screamed at me. I got angry and the next day I told my cousin to keep her distatance from me. She attacked me carrying her baby, she was scratching me, I threw a punch at her, the punch landed on the baby and the first thing she did was call the police. When the police arrived she was acting like a victim. I heard a white cop telling her, "the baby is fine don't press charges." My cousin was hugging the baby and crying acting like a victim and she said to the white cop crying, "I want to press charges." I told the cops that I was going to go to a shelter because of her and a tall black cop went to her and asked her, "you want to go to a shelter?" After she called the cops she called my sister and my brother in law, when I was handcuffed my sister started crying, when we left the apartment to take me to see the judge a female officer asked me, "what is your name and i told her, "Francisco Guerrero." I told the female officer "that was an accident" and she said to me, "we know" When they put me in the police car the female police officer opened the car door and she said to me, "we'll take you to the hospital." They called 2 ambulances and they took me to the hospital. At the hospital I told a psychiatrist what happened and she asked me, "does she work?" And I said no, and she asked me "does she study?" And I said no, then she said, "then why doesn't she go back to her country?!" I was released from the hospital the same day. Then I found out that my brother in law told the cops to not arrest me because I'm a sick person and the cops listened to him. My cousin was pregnant and my aunt kicked her out of her house. My cousin asked my mother if she could stay with us. My mother told her to ask me. My cousin called me and asked me if she can stay with us and I said yes and look at the problem she caused. After all that I don't know what got into my brother in law, my sister, my niece and even her son, they all turned against me when I was given ssi.
Moving back with my mother
My mother asked me to move back in with her. We went to the NYCHA office. I was given a document to fill it out. I took the document back to the NYCHA office, a black female there looked at me strange and I never received an answer but I was told that everything in life has a purpose. Now I live in a house in the suburbs in a nice and peaceful community which is good for my work.
My family
My family is very evil, they never told me about the dangers in the world for me to protect myself. They will die without seeing me again.

When I went to welfare they put me in a program to get a job. At the center I met a Dominican guy and we exchanged phone numbers to be friends. One night he called me and said to me, "vamo a dano una vuelta en el carro del amigo mio." And I said to him in Spanish, "tu no me va saca mis organos." He hung up and I never heard from him again. I blame my family and the teachings of Jesus for a lot of the things I went through. Dominicans have also been the ones who have been kidnapping so many people. A lot of people go missing and are never found. They were also causing car accidents intentionally to get insurance money. One of them crashed his car to my car really hard. When I bought my car I didn't know people were doing that. At an autoshop I used to work in Yonkers I heard people asking my brother to crash his car with a taxi and my brother refused, he told me about it. I think a co worker knew about it also and never told me anything. When I had the accident I heard a co worker say, "fue culpa del taxista." He knew about it and he never told me anything. Another thing I think they used to do was burn cars to get insurance money. A friend I had became a taxi driver, he bought a car and he told me that his car burned. I think he burned it to get insurance money. When my aunt's husband moved from new york to Philadelphia I think he burned a car there to get insurance money. I chatted for many years with a chatter named heathen and he told me not to have friends he said that friends are your enemies. Why did he wait for so many years to tell that? If i had known that it was better to not have friends i would have prevented a lot of things from happening to me. He told me after many years of chatting with me to watch the news, I didn't watch the news, why did he wait for so many years to tell me to watch the news? I told the Dominican guy i met at welfare that I go to the gym, I took him to the gym with me, what if he had called his friends and they had offered me a ride home and I had accepted? I would have gone missing. I'm lucky to be alive. We are told to socialize but that is wrong. We are taught a lot of things that are wrong. A girl was invited to a party, they got her drunk and removed her kidneys. Why didn't anyone tell me anything? I would have acted in secret and I would have continued living with my mother. My family kept giving me second chances to continue living with my mother and I kept acting like an idiot. If someone had told me how things are I would have acted differently and in secret. When I used to work at the autoshop a Dominican guy told me about making money in Puerto Rico kidnapping people and I asked him, "were you involved in that?" And he stayed quiet. I don't know why he trusted me and told me that. He went to the section where I used to work and we started talking about Puerto Rican women being beautiful and he told me, "la Mata ta en Puerto Rico." In other words he told me that there a lot of beautiful women in Puerto Rico.

Why?
Why didn't anyone tell me about all the things that happen? I exposed myself, if someone had spoken to me i would have acted in secret. I would have behaved better. My family gave me second chances to continue living with my mother. We had family meetings at the hospitals and they allowed me to continue living with my mother but I kept acting like an idiot. Someone told me that everything in life has a purpose. Now I live in a house in the suburbs away from everything and everyone and that is good for my work. Where I live now when I go out I don't see too many people outside and it is very quiet, now I just hear the birds singing. Here I finished reading the whole bible and The Bhagavad Gita.
Cops
When I used to live in Brooklyn someone in a chat room told me to get along with the neighbors. A neighbor rang my intercom, when I opened the door for her she said to me, "you have my baby." I kept telling her that I didn't have her baby then a problem started, she called the police, when the police arrived a neighbor opened the door and said, "I have the baby." After the problem stopped she started looking for trouble with me

Younger
When we were younger a lot of the time we didn't have food or toilet paper because my mother used to gamble all the money. She stopped gambling only because she has diabetes and her vision got bad.
Medications
Before I needed to take a lot of medications but not anymore because I feel better. I don't even have depression anymore. I only take Sertraline because I'm a little shy and to prevent myself from getting anxious.
Sex education
When I was in high school I think I took a sex education class or health education class, I don't remember very well. In one of those classes I learned about being abstinent. The teacher told us that by being abstinent we won't get STDs. I decided to stay abstinent and not get a girlfriend to not get an STD. I was judged even by my mother due to not having a girlfriend and my cousin mildred used to put me down and she used to call me names. Because of people's judgments I decided to get a girlfriend that's when I called Annie, she gave me her number in high school. But I wanted to stay abstinent just as the teacher told us.
Exposure
Dominicans do something called a sociedad, I did that with my sister, she gave me the last number and on top of that she wanted to keep my money. When I used to lend them money they didn't pay me back. I blame the teachings of Jesus for a lot of the things I went through. My sister used to hate me and used to give me nasty looks and I think it was because I didn't let her take my money. I tried to save money and my mother used to take it to gamble it and lose it. I went through a lot of strange things with my family. My sister is very evil and this government keeps allowing her to work with children. One day they called me to paint their house and my nephew when he was a little kid said to me "tio ovaldo I didn't think you could do it" in a strange way, they used me to paint the house. My brother in law tried to intimidate me, my niece, my nephew and my sister used to stand next to him when he used to do that. I think my sister was using him to intimidate me. Every time I spoke in English to my brother in law he used to say to me in a nasty way, "que!!!" My mother is a very sick person also. They turned my niece and my nephew against me. I see why there is still segregation in this country. It even used to bother them when I used to speak. If it were somebody else he would have killed them a long time ago. But I didn't think of that. When I was hospitalized for 8 months waiting for housing my ssi money accumulated, my cousin and her mother took 2 thousand dollars from my money and when I told my aunt that they stole 2 thousand dollars from me she said that she was going to call the police on me.

Flying saucer
I saw a flying saucer in my country when I was around 11 years old. A lot of people saw it too.

A walk for peace

I used to spend my time watching comedy and other things I like. I didn't even watch the news. I used to focus on being happy and having a good time. Even though I had bad experiences with people I didn't really know how they act and I used to joke around too much. I always tried to focus on the good things about my life and I always tried to see the face of wonder. After I stopped taking so much medication I have more feelings now. I used to get an invega injection and I refused to take it. I'm also supposed to be taking seroquel and I don't take it either. I only take Sertraline. I am not sure if the asthma medications I was given in the past also caused me to not have so much feelings. I want to feel.

Many years ago an old Puerto Rican man said to me, "you ignore people." My case worker told me to just ignore my old roommate. You have to do what works for you. Turning the other cheek in the past in a lot of cases prevented me from acting violently. Acting violently you could hurt someone and in end up in prison or you could get hurt by someone. My family calls the ambulance on me out of anything but I don't care because that helps me keep my benefits. They think they are hurting me by calling the ambulance out of anything but I'm the one who benefits from it. One of the times I was released from the hospital I went to the pharmacy. The pharmacist asked me where I was and I told him I was hospitalized. I think he asked me why and I told him that they don't want me to defend myself. Then he asked me, "who's attacking you?" I think he told me in other words to just ignore people. A chatter at a Buddhism chat room said to remain calm and walk away.

I did a search about people who killed their family members and there are a lot of cases. My family has been treating me badly since I was a kid and what I do is simply keep my distance from them instead of acting violently. I learned to turn the other cheek when I was very young. Turning the other cheek prevented me from acting violently in a lot of cases. Then I learned from the bible to keep my distance from certain people. Acting violently you could go to prison or get hurt. The best thing to do is solve your problems peacefully. I learned the word pacifism in high school but due to going through so much I forgot it. I also recently learned the term non-violence. I will learn more about it on Chatgpt. The goal is to not act violently and end up in prison. I read that Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa the mortal combat actor who died recently used to be bullied and he used to use breathing techniques and remain calm instead of acting violently. Doing that worked for him because he became a famous actor. I like being alone and I enjoy my own company. Being by myself I don't have bad experiences with anyone.

Equality
Equality is a lie. The best thing to do is avoid certain people and like I always say, the teachings of Jesus are unrealistic. Even the Bible says to avoid certain people.
Spend time alone
But we don’t have to actually go anywhere to have this experience. We can treat ourselves to a vacation every day by finding a small, protected space to gain some mental stillness, perspective, and reflection. One of the best ways to do this is with a daily practice of solitude. Solitude isn’t about being lonely, it’s the positive, intentional practice of being by yourself. The ability to enjoy your own company is essential for happiness.
What does solitude give us that’s so valuable? Whether we’re getting it on a sun-lounger on vacation or a yoga mat on our kitchen floor, one of its great gifts is reflection. Solitude enables us to calmly and mindfully survey our life and, in doing so, strengthen our Core Happiness by building our sense of contentment and control and moving us back into alignment. It helps us get in touch with our innermost feelings, to process our anxieties, and offers the possibility of a fresh perspective. We become more in tune with ourselves and, in turn, with the world around us.
