When I went to college for the first time I took an English class. I got an A in the class and an Asian student failed the class.

Another thing I noticed is that black people like to corrupt young people. I saw one of them in Brooklyn intentionally corrupting a young Jew and that young Jew had a tattoo. I saw the way the young black male was passing the cigarette to the young Jew. Yes, they were sharing the same cigarette and that's unhealthy. In high school when I took a health class one of the things a young Italian teacher taught us was not to share drinks. I wonder if she's still alive. During my high school years I had a Jewish English teacher, a Romanian English teacher and another European English teacher but I don't remember which European country she was from. I read that in Spain they prefer light skin people to teach English.

I used to go to a boxing gym and a European owner of the gym told me that he had to remove the toilet papers from the bathroom because black people kept leaving shit in the toilets and didn't flush them for others to see it. I have too many things in my head and it is hard for me to think clear. One of the times I was hospitalized forty dollars went missing from my wallet. If I had not hidden my debit card and my money Eugene and his friends would have stolen them. Eugene uses his food stamps to buy drugs. Mustafa told me that he couldn't buy food to leave it in the fridge because Eugene used to take it. Why? Because Eugene uses his food stamps to buy drugs. He used to do the same thing to me and I called the police on him. After calling the police on him due to him stealing my food he kept doing it. What would have happened to me during the cold weather if they had stolen my money, my debit card and possibly my cellphone? Mustafa used to say to me a lot that Eugene should have been an abortion. He told me once that Eugene is a Bum. I don't know where these people got him from. Eugene told me that his step father used to beat him and I see why.

The blacks that live here don't take out the garbage to be collected by sanitation and if I don't take it out they won't take it out and they will keep accumulating more garbage here and I've seen young blacks living here that are old enough and strong enough to take out the garbage but they don't do it. I told Eugene to sweep his room, to pick up the garbage in his room and to put it in the garbage can. I also told him to empty a small garbage can he has in his room in a bigger garbage can we have in the kitchen and he didn't do it possibly expecting me to do it for him and he knows what he's doing. We have a toilet and he urinates inside a big glass bottle he has in his room and he doesn't like to empty that bottle possibly expecting me to do it for him and I always tell him to empty it. There shouldn't be a need for me to tell him all the time to empty that bottle. What happens  is that he's too lazy. He always has enough energy to cook, to eat, to go outside, to buy cigarettes and lighters, food, juice but he never has enough energy to keep our environment clean. He has a skin decease due to not showering and sleeping  in his dirty mattress. He's mattress used to be white and it turned black because how dirty it is and he has been sleeping in that dirty mattress for years. I've told him that he has to make an effort to live like a human being. He got angry when I told him that he has to shower because he has a skin decease. Obviously what used to happen was that the black guy used to come and get Eugene, they used to go somewhere together, they used to turn the food stamps into cash, then the black guy used to give Eugene some weed and he used to keep all the money and Eugene never had food stamps to buy food. What he used to do was go to the dollar tree to steal food. They used to see on the Camera when Eugene used to go there to steal food and they told Eugene not to go back to the store. This month I only saw him buy three cans of tuna for his cats with his food stamps. I asked him why he didn't buy enough tuna cans for his cats with his food stamps and he told me that he used them to buy food for his Jamaican friends. I feed him and his cats and he's possibly still using his food stamps to buy drugs. Heil Hitler. He never let anyone go inside his room. When I saw that I decided to buy for him the things he needed for his cats and every month I buy food for the cats and litter. I will keep doing it. After I asked him again if he threw the cat feces away he took out a bag full of cat feces to throw it away. He lied to me when I asked him if he threw the cat feces away. He was keeping it in his room inside a plastic bag. And he had those cats locked up in that dirty and extremely cold room. I freed the cats. Now they go outside and come back home when they need to.

One of my cousins is a parasite, she doesn't like to work, she said that she is not going to work, she got pregnant without having a place to live, she moved in with us after giving birth, she used to live of welfare, she never contribute to anything, everytime i got paid she used to ask me for money, she used to always start problems with me in my own house, i used to ignore her, i decided not to keep taking shit from her, we had a problem and i almost ended up going to prison because of her. After we helped her. Before that problem happened she used to live with my aunt while being pregnant, my aunt kicked her out of her house while being pregnant. She went to my sister's house and my mother was at my sister's house, she asked my mother if she could stay with us, my mother told her to ask me and guess what I said, I said yes to help her and look what she did to me. I've seen videos on social media that say that helping someone can put you in danger.

Eugene brought his Jamaican homeless friends to live here with us. I was helping them until they got back on their feet then I noticed that what they wanted to do was stay outside all day probably drinking alcohol and then coming here at night to sleep on the floor like animals permanently. Eugene's Jamaican friend doesn't want to shave his beard, he doesn't want to cut his hair, he doesn't want to go to HRA to get the help he needs, he doesn't want to go to a shelter and he doesn't want to help himself. He just wants to live of off me and stay here sleeping  on the floor every night like an animal. When I saw their intention I told Eugene's friend that he cannot stay here with us because we can get into trouble by having them living here with us. A while after I said that to him the police knocked on my door and one of the officers said to me, "you can't kick anyone out." And I told the officer that this is supportive housing and that we are not allowed to bring anyone to live here with us. After I said that to him he said to me again, "you can't kick anyone out." And again I told him that this is supportive housing and that we are not allowed to bring anyone to live here with us. Luckily I thought about showing to him the website of the office of the NYC mayor with my phone. After I did that they left. I thought they were going to lock me up that's why I kept the metal door of this house locked. We have two doors in this house, a wooden door and a metal door.

I was showing nice things to a worker who comes here to see me every week and playing nice music to her and Eugene kept talking loudly to prevent me from showing her. I told him to go away or that I was going to call the police. I told Eugene that I don't want his Jamaican friend  here. He's a parasite. I told him to go to HRA to get the help he needs and he doesn't do it. He just wants to stay outside on the streets the whole day then come here to sleep on the floor like an animal. That's how he wants to live his life. I thought he was going to stay here for just a few days until he got back on his feet then I saw his intentions and I noticed he wants to stay here permanently sleeping on the floor like an animal for the rest of his life and staying outside the whole day drinking alcohol and possibly using  other drugs. I blame my family for a lot of the things I've been going through but they are the jealous kind but someone told me many years ago that everything in life has a purpose. At one of the Buffet they have where I used to live they give customers bananas and I used to live in a community where there are a lot of black people and they go to that buffet.

One time I was at a Grocery store and an Asian man went to the store and bought cans of dog food and it crossed my mind that he probably had a dog or dogs hidden somewhere to kill them and eat them. The way he put the dog food cans on the counter was strange. We were talking about Buddhist temples here and Mustafa told me that they like to ask for donations. He also told me that Chinese people like to sell Chinese food in cash because that's money laundering. Mustafa is very smart and well spoken. He knows about a lot of things. One night I was doing the dishes and I accidentally cut one of my fingers with a knife that was in the sink and I said to him, "I cut myself" and he told me what to do to stop the bleeding and it worked. Mustafa is very smart and I like him. He was educated in a Muslim school and I think that from there he went to college. Yes, he's college educated and he's English is very advanced. I also had a roommate at a hospital one of the times I was hospitalized, he's also college educated, he's also very smart but he tried to kill himself. I didn't  have access to a computer at the hospital. I asked him if he could define some things for me and he did. He has a job and he's Dominican. I didn't ask him why he tried to kill himself. Turning the other cheek in certain situations prevented me from acting violently and getting into trouble with the law. Other people who live in this house don't take the garbage outside. They wait for someone else to do it. They don't take the garbage outside for sanitation to collect it. Guess who always takes the garbage outside for sanitation to collect it, and if I don't take the garbage outside it accumulates here and on top of that they put more garbage on top of the garbage that was already accumulated. Last Friday I forgot to take the garbage outside and now there is a lot more garbage for me to take outside on Tuesday. I've seen young black people living in this house and they don't take the garbage outside when they have to. They wait for me to do it and they know what they are doing.

My first elementary school teacher used to drink a lot of tea with lemon. After I became an adult I saw her again and she looks the same way she looked when she was my elementary school teacher. I know she recognized me when she saw me again. I should have approached her. My cousin's father didn't drink soda, he always drank water and he used to squeeze some lemon juice in the water and he died at age 87. I also think he never lost his teeth.

I remember my first elementary school teacher teaching me about computers with a computer that looks like the one I placed at the bottom of this page. She is or was Puerto Rican.

How can a person be so stupid and evil?

A sadist is a person who gets pleasure, satisfaction, or excitement from inflicting physical, mental, or emotional pain, punishment, or humiliation on others. My mother, my sister and her husband are Sadists. They turned my niece and my nephew against me and on top of that they used to ask me for favors. My niece was targeting my daughter on Facebook when my daughter was younger. I try to keep an eye on my children to keep them safe. When I saw what my niece was doing to my daughter I wrote to her telling her to stay away from my children and that they will not do to them what they have been doing to me for years.

Now my mother is acting like a mosquita muerta. She used to gamble all the money. She used to borrow money to gamble it and then lose it. There were a lot of times she didn't pay the rent to gamble the rent money. Then I found a way to pay the rent online. When I was at home in peace using my computer without bothering anyone she used to harass me and intentionally make me angry. Luckily I didn't act violently towards her and she joined the others and turned against me also. It's a long story. I will not go to her funeral. How can a woman give birth to a person to make him suffer so much? We were going to be transferred to a smaller apartment where I used to live with her and when we went to see the apartment  she asked me, "no va a pelia aqui?" I didn't provoke that fight, I was instigated. One time I called her, my brother was in her house, I told her to put my brother on the phone for me to speak with him and she said rudely to me, "pa que Chiquindolo va habla contigo?" I was given a medication called Trileptal and it cause me to have fecal incontinence and when I told her about it she told me, "ponte un kotex." The fecal incontinence already stopped luckily. I thought it was not going to stop because I had it for a long time after that medication was given to me. I'm good at saving money. When I used to save money at home she used to take my money to gamble it and then lose it. She knows how black people are and she knows that black people attack in groups and she never told me about it for me to protect myself. My family didn't guide me in life. Instead of guiding me they used to judge me. They are very evil and you can only fight fire with fire. My sister is very evil also and she likes to work with children. Fuck everything. There are people who have to be hated for being so evil. I was fine living with her and my brothers and I was always able to save a lot of money. When me and my ex wife were boyfriend and girlfriend she used to ask me to marry her and I used to say no to her. I ended up saying yes to her because of the way my mother treated me one day. I couldn't take the way she used to treat me and I ended up saying yes to my ex wife. Family members have to live together and support each other in this system.

Eugene let's the cat feces accumulate and I always have to tell him to throw it away. I think he likes the smell of cat feces. He used to lock himself in his room smelling like cat feces, he used to keep the cat feces in a bag in his room before I bought for him a litter box, a scoop, litter and poop bags to throw the cat feces away. Having pets is unsanitary. The house was smelling like shit, I kept asking him if he threw the cat feces away and he kept saying yes to me. The house kept smelling like shit, I knocked on his door and I asked him again if he threw the cat feces away. After asking him if he threw the cat feces away he took a bag with cat feces in it that he had in his room and he threw it away. He likes the smell of cat feces. Luckily Eugene doesn't have children. Mustafa

One night the Jamaican couple that Eugene brought here to live with us because they are homeless bought only two steaks for themselves and they didn't buy one for Eugene and on top of that the Jamaican man sent Eugene out at night to buy something for him at the store for him to finish cooking their steak because the girlfriend of the Jamaican man doesn't know how to cook. Every time Eugene received his food stamps a black guy used to come here to get him, they used to go somewhere together to turn Eugene's food stamps into cash, he used to give Eugene some weed and he used to keep all the money. When I first moved here Mustafa used to tell me that Eugene uses his food stamps to buy weed. When I first moved here Eugene used to steal my food because he never had food stamps to buy food. Also he's SSI check was stopped. Eugene used to go to the dollar tree to steals food because he never had food stamps to buy food. Black people know that there is something wrong with Eugene and they take advantage of him. Another time the Jamaican couple bought food for themselves to took it here and the Jamaican man told Eugene that he was going to cook and to not touch his food even though Eugene brought them here to live here with us because they are homeless.

I was never really a hermit. i used to go out where I used to live and I was even a gym member. Now I live in a place where there is nothing to do and nothing happens. What I do is stay in my home peacefully using the internet. Luckily we have all these technology available.

There are things in life more enjoyable than sex. Nikola Tesla was right. Being single I've been able to learn and do alot of things. If I had a relationship possibly that would not have been the case. I could have had a relationship but I chose not to.

One of the reasons I live an easier life is because I learned from Buddhism not to be materialistic and I only spend my money on what's necessary. I get an SSI check, food stamps, I live in low income housing paying low rent, I get free health insurance, free car service to go to my appointments, a half fare omny card and I'm happy. I don't get millions but I always get enough to cover my needs and I've been living a good life for many years. I always feared losing my job and I can tell a lot of people feel the same way but for me that fear is gone thanks to getting government benefits. I will never travel outside the US again. I have everything I need here and there is no need for me to travel to other countries to put my life in danger. 

Learning by Observation

I took a typing class in high school then I took a computer class but we were not really taught a lot about computers in high school. I learned a lot of things about computers by watching others using their computers and I used to spend a lot of time at home using my computer learning how the internet works. I learned a lot about the internet by myself. For some reason I can't watch long videos. I can only watch short videos on social media. I will try to watch video Tutorials on YouTube. I already saw a video Tutorial about the Samsung phone and about tik tok.

I've been watching them

The Jamaican couple that Eugene brought to live here with us because they are homeless don't better themselves and don't go to different agencies to get the help they need. They just like to stay outside on the streets drinking alcohol every day the whole day. When I went to the liquor store earlier to buy Piña Colada and Eggnog they also went to the liquor store to buy alcohol. I told the Jamaican man to go to welfare and apply for food stamps and he doesn't do it. He just wants to stay here with his girlfriend without paying rent relying on me but that's not going to happen. That's being parasitic. After I told the Jamaican man that they cannot stay here with us they called the police on me and one of the officers who came here said to me twice, "you can't kick anyone out." After they called the police on me trying to stay here they came back here last night trying to stay here again. If they were doing that to somebody else he would have killed them a long time ago but I've been learning not to take things personally, to solve my problems peacefully and to not get offended like a book I read says. I already read that book and I tried to read it again but I lack motivation to read.

I've spoken with some people in English and they pretended not to understand me. A lot of people do that. I speak in English with Eugene and Mustafa and they understand me just fine. Eugene and Mustafa speak proper English. Mustafa is college educated and his English is very advanced. He knows so many words in English and he speaks English so advanced that when sometimes he spoke to me I used to think that he was speaking to me in a different language and I used to just say to him, "ok." Living with Eugene and Mustafa and communicating with them in English my English pronunciation has gotten better and now I speak English with more confidence. 

The Smartphone

I see watching videos on the Smartphone similar to Watching TV the only difference is the screen size between the TV and the smartphone. Watching TV and watching videos on the smartphone are both looking a screen the only difference is the screen size.

After I've been losing weight I'm faster, I feel lighter, happier, stronger and sexier. Psychiatric medications cause you to have lack of energy or to be lazy and they make you hungry. After I told my psychiatrist that I wanted to stop getting the invega injection I have more energy, I don't have lack of energy anymore and I'm able to do a lot of things. Before I used to lie down in bed just eating. I didn't feel like listening to music, reading, I never had enough energy to go out to buy the things I need, now I do and I enjoy walking fast outside just like when I used to enjoy working out a lot when I was younger. 

The fear is gone

For many years I've been living a good life getting SSI. I don't get millions but I always get enough to cover my needs and now I live happy in a nice house that's very spacious paying low rent in a peaceful community with a good roommate who has cats. Before getting government benefits I always feared losing my job and I can tell other people feel the same way but for me that fear is gone. I don't fear being homeless anymore because this housing program won't let me be homeless.

I kept telling the same thing for many years to an old friend I had and he doesn't listen. How can a person who's college educated, studied psychology and is a teacher be so stupid? He studied psychology in college and he knew I needed psychiatric treatment and he didn't tell me anything so I wouldn't get SSI. After I was given SSI he used to say to me, "tu te la ta haciendo pa que te den ayuda." One time we were having a conversation over the phone and he said to me, "sigue viviendo del sistema." What kind of friend is that? Another time we were talking over the phone, I asked him what he was doing and he said to me, "trabajando" and I think he was in the laundry. He visited me at the hospital a few times when I was hospitalized, he also knows that I'm asthmatic. Because he studied psychology in college I used to call him to tell him about the things I was going through with my family and at work. Another time he said to me, "tu tiene dos hijos y no te ha encargado de ello." He knows that when me and my ex wife were together I used to take good care of my ex wife and my kids. Even after me and my ex wife separated and I was still working I used to give her money. One time my ex wife went to Florida to take a flight attendant course. When she was there I always sent her money. When she came back she told me gratefully I was never in need of money when I was there. That’s because I always sent her money. Another time she decided to move to Florida and she left our kids with her mother. Even though we were not together anymore and she left our kids with her mother she called me desperately and almost crying asking me to send her twenty dollars for her to buy something to eat. I said yes to her, I went out to an agency and I sent a hundred dollars to her. Even though we were not together anymore and she left our kids with her mother she kept calling me to send money to her and I used to send it to her. When my ex wife was in Florida her mother secretly used to let me see my kids. When I told her mother that she used to call me to ask me to send her money her mother told me to not answer the phone when she calls me. When I used to visit my kids every month at my ex wife's mother's house I used to give my mother in law two hundred dollars. I remember one day after me and my ex wife broke up my mother in law put a dirty jacket on my daughter, she went to my house, I met her downstairs and she told me that my daughter needed new clothes. I knew she was lying to me but I went up to my house again, I got some money from my house and I gave her three hundred dollars. I noticed that in the van she was giving her other daughter money from the money I gave her for my daughter. My family and the friend I wrote about should be glad that I am lucky to be getting government benefits. Instead they turned against me and used to harass me when I was given SSI knowing that I am sick and that I've been hospitalized. My cousin Mildred before welfare changed here and started sending people who get welfare get jobs she lived of welfare for many years and she used to judge me because I am getting SSI. You see why I don't like Dominicans? Spaniards don't like Dominicans. They hate Dominicans and I see why. I blocked my old friend before for being so fucking stupid and I blocked him again this time. When I first applied for SSI I was denied. I told my social worker at the clinic I used to go to he told me to take the letter I received to the social security office and file for a fare hearing. I had to wait one year to see the judge. While I waited for a year to see the judge I was getting welfare. When I received a letter saying when I had to see the judge that day I met with my lawyer there. In the court room the judge introduced us to a group of people who were going to be at the hearing. Me, my mother and my lawyer were the only Spanish people at the hearing. The rest were white. After being there for a while I noticed that the people there wanted me to get approved I think it was because they knew how bad things were getting in this country at that time. After being there talking to the judge my lawyer got up, he showed the judge some documents, the judge showed the documents to a psychiatrist that was there. The judge asked the psychiatrist what he thinks, the psychiatrist spoke to the judge and I was approved and for many years I've been living a good life getting SSI. I don't get millions but I always get enough to cover my needs and now I live happy in a nice house that's very spacious in a peaceful community with a good roommate who has cats. Before getting government benefits I always feared losing my job and I can tell other people feel the same way. For me that fear is gone, I feel secure and fearless. Being homeless was my greatest fear. I am no longer afraid because I am in a good housing program and I was told by them that they won't let me be homeless. An old roommate I had moved from a group home to this housing program. He didn't have anything and the housing case workers of this program helped him get government benefits. He was getting social security benefit then it was stopped when he was moved to the group home. He can get a monthly check from the social security administration like he did before but he doesn't want to reply. I live with a new roommate at the house I live now. He went to a club, at the club someone stole his wallet, his identity was stolen, someone started working with his documents and his SSI was stopped. He only gets food stamps and this housing program allows him to live here without paying rent. His food stamps don't last for a whole month so what I do is feed him and his cats. I always tell him that if he needs to buy something with cash to let me know and I always give him money. I told him to keep it secret and I think he told his Jamaican friend about it. I told him that if he keeps telling people that I give him money I could get robbed and killed and to keep his fucking mouth shut but he doesn't listen. Mustafa told me that he is developmentally retarded. He can only buy food with the food stamps and I make sure we always have the things we need. I always order the things we need from Amazon and I always keep the house clean.

People keep saying online negative things about the smartphone and social media. Now I live in a quiet community where nothing happens and there is nothing to do. There are only houses and some businesses. To get to other businesses you have to take the bus. Luckily we have all these technology available. I always have a good time at home using the internet with my smartphone. I've also read whole books with my smartphone including the whole Bible and the whole Bhagavad Gita. I want to also read the whole Quran and The book of Mormons. I already bought them from Amazon and I have them in my Kindle app library. What would have happened to me living in a quiet place like this where nothing happens and where there is nothing to do without all the technology we have available now? I heard a story about a family who lived in a place that was too quiet and a girl of the family killed herself because it was too quiet there. That’s what I heard a co-worker telling someone. Another co-worker I had told me that he moved to a place in Florida with his sister, he had a job there and he moved back to New York because that place was too quiet. There is a place where people are placed in a quiet room for certain amount of time and people can't stay in there for too long because that room is too quiet.

I don't travel outside the US

I've traveled to other countries and I don't like how things are in other countries. When Biden was president and he opened the border for people of other countries to migrate here even Chinese people were crossing the US border to live in the US. According to a video I saw there are 25 million homeless people in China. Those were people who had jobs and homes and they lost them. I also saw in the video an old white man who visited China and he is stranded there. When Mustafa used to live here he told me to search for a video called missing abroad. The Jamaican man who used to live here with us with his girlfriend told me that human traffickers kidnapped people to take their organs. I was helping the Jamaican couple that Eugene brought here to live with us because they are homeless. The Jamaican man told me that his girlfriend has a job and I didn't see her use her money to buy enough food to keep here the way I do. She was not contributing. The Jamaican man took her one morning to the bus stop to wait for the bus and she didn't give him money to buy breakfast. The Jamaican man told me that he had an accident, he damaged his ankle, he couldn't continue working then he lost his home after that. I saw the operation he has in his ankle. He was feeling good living here with us. One day I gave him money to buy fish, he told me that he needed to take the bus to get to the fish market, I let him use my Omny card. He took a shower, he dressed himself well then he left to the fish market. When he was leaving to the fish market I said to him, "look up to the sky." I was helping them when they were staying with us but we are not allowed to bring anyone to live with us and having them living here with us could get us into trouble. Eugene came to my room and he quietly told me, "I don't want to live in a shelter." We can get into trouble having them living here with us.

I will never go back to The Dominican Republic. When I started getting SSI I used visit the autoshop where I used to work. A Dominican guy who used to spend time at the autoshop told me that he used money from his 401k and took a year off from work and he spent it here in the US. One day we were having a conversation and he said holding a beer, "el pai ma porqueria e Santo Domingo." He's right. Tekashi 69 went to the Dominican Republic and he said, "that shit is trash." I haven't been to The Dominican Republic since the year 2000 and I will not go back there. My cousin was being raised in The Dominican Republic, she was brought to the US, she took a course in a school somewhere and now she works in a school. She told me over the phone that The Dominican Republic is for the rich. A lot of things in The Dominican Republic cost hundreds and thousands of pesos. If I were deported to The Dominican Republic I would have killed myself there. My cousin was deported to The Dominican Republic when he was caught with drugs here. He started working as a Motoconcho in The Dominican Republic, according to what my sister said he was hit by a bus, they left him for dead, they left him where he was hit by the bus. I don't know how he ended up in a clinic and my family found out he was at the clinic. He was on life support at the clinic, my aunt didn't have money to continue paying for his treatment and at the clinic they were going to disconnect him from life support. My aunt begged to a woman at the clinic to not let her son die and the woman didn't give a fuck. That's how heartless Dominicans are. In the US my cousin had a relationship with an African american who is a millionaire, she took him to The Dominican Republic and he decided to move to The Dominican Republic. When he heard what happened to my cousin he told my aunt that he was not going to let her son die. They took my cousin to another clinic, my cousin recovered, he met a girl somewhere that lives in Canada, she fell in love with him and she took him to Canada according to what my mother told me. A little girl one of my cousins was raising step on a nail, my cousin took her to a clinic, she was told that the girl needed a tetanus shot and that it costs four hundred pesos. My cousin didn't have the money to pay for the shot and the little girl was sent back home without getting the shot. My cousin called my aunt here in The US and my aunt sent her money for the little girl to get shot. I will never again travel outside The US. I have everything I need here and there is no need for me to travel to other countries to put my life in danger.

Eugene was the prey of the black guy who used to take his food stamps in exchange for weed and was letting him and his cats starve. The Jamaican couple that Eugene brought here to live with us tried to use me as their prey but I was always watching them. 

The black female doctor at the clinic where I used to visit tried to use me as her prey. She was going to say that I have colon cancer or colorectal cancer to take money from my insurance. One of the times I was hospitalized one night a Muslim girl hospital worker wearing a head scarf went inside our room, she stood next to the window, I think she farted, then she quickly left the room and her fart spread all over the room. Why she did that? You think she couldn't hold it in and went to our room to relief herself.

Hygiene

The Jamaican couple is not hygienic. They just like to drink alcohol, smoke cigarettes, smoke weed, live of off others, they are thieves and the police officer told me that I can't kick anyone out when the Jamaican couple called the police on me after I told the Jamaican man that they cannot stay here with us. They didn't empty a garbage can full of garbage that they had in Eugene's room. They were expecting me to empty it for them. After I told them to leave I decided to empty the garbage can in a larger garbage can we have in the living room. When I was emptying the garbage can full of garbage flies were coming out of it. Now we have flies inside the house and I have to buy something to get rid of them. Eugene should have not brought those people to live here with us and Mustafa told me that Eugene is developmentally retarded.

Think and Act

You have to think and act in a way that benefits you. I fill my mind with information that helps me be in a good mood and that helps me live in harmony with my fellow men. That prevents me from losing control, acting violently and going to prison. I read somewhere that by acting violently you could get hurt by someone or get killed. An old Puerto Rican man told me many years ago, "you ignore people." Eugene was a Jehova's witness and he taught me a quote that says, "sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me." He also taught me about the spiritual virtues and he mentioned to me about the fruit of the spirit. I read about that in The Bible. A housing case worker told me and my old roommate not to take things personally and someone wrote that not taking things personally will save your life. A book I read says to choose not to get offended. You think The Va Tech Killer chose to get offended and took things personally?

She made a lot of appointments for me and I didn't go to any of them. I kept receiving calls from them asking me to go check my vision and I used  to tell them that I don't need to because my vision is fine. My mother told us that she was asked to go check her vision and that the vision doctor put an eye drop in her eyes and her vision got messed up. People do anything to get money. I saw a picture online of a lot of dead children who were missing their organs wrapped in cardboard boxes with tape. According to a video I saw a woman in Mexico opened the back of a truck and inside the truck she saw a lot of dead children, she told others about it, she was recorded screaming telling others about it and then after that she was found dead cut into pieces. I don't travel outside The US. The trip to Egypt was bullshit. After traveling to Egypt I decided not to travel outside The US again. When I was in Egypt I was always quietly watching Everything. I will not go back there.

Uncleaned room

This is how my Sudanese roommate kept his room for many years. For many years he didn't clean his room. He used to stay in his room every day the whole day smoking and listening to gangster rap then he used to go out of his room to the bathroom to defecate. That’s how he used to live his life here. I saw him spitting on the floor inside the house and I told him to stop spitting inside the house. One time I saw him spitting in the kitchen sink but then he stopped and I saw him urinating right in front of the  door of this house. I think he used to spit on Eugene's door. He told me that he smokes 3 packs of cigarettes daily and that he spends all his money on cigarettes. I told him nicely to smoke outside and to let me clean his room. He refused to let me clean his room and he never listened to me when I used to tell him to smoke outside. I called the police to tell them what was happening here. When the police arrived they sat me on a chair then handcuffed me. I kept saying to them what was happening here and to go inside his room and the police officer who sat me on the chair and handcuffed me said to me: "You are not supposed to be going inside anyone's room." They took me to the hospital and I ended up being hospitalized. Some time after I was released from the hospital  and I was back home one day I couldn't take it anymore , I went crazy, I kicked his room door opened and I started punching him, I got tired from punching him so much, luckily he didn't punch me back then he called the ambulance and the police and I was hospitalized again for like 3 weeks and luckily he didn't press charges. At the hospital I was asked why I was taken back to the hospital. I explained to them what happened. I had to wait in the hospital for a week to have a cyber meeting with a group of people and my psychiatrist. At the meeting the housing company I've been living with for around ten years said that I was allowed to go back home. That's one of the things I like about this country. Why would I go to The Dominican Republic or any other countries to put my life in danger like it happened to us when we went to Egypt. I have everything I need here and there is no need for me to travel to other countries. After the problem happened between me and my roommate he moved back with his parents until he found another place to live. I think the housing workers of this program helped him find a studio apartment. A few days ago he came back here to get some of his things and he told me that he will come back with a moving truck to get the rest of his things. He's a cool guy and very knowledgeable who's English is very advanced. He's just sick. Before I was hospitalized when he called the ambulance and the police I ordered a Chromebook from Amazon. At the hospital I was worried that it was going to be stolen because I was not going to be at home when it was delivered. I told my roommate about it at the hospital who's also very knowledgeable but he tried to kill himself. He's also college educated just like Mustafa. I asked him to define some things for me because I didn't have access to the internet when I was hospitalized and he did. I told him to apply for SSI, low income housing and other government benefits. I told him about the housing program I've been living in for many years. When I came back home from the hospital I found my Chromebook inside my room unboxed. When Mustafa came back to get some of his things he told me that he saw the box outside with my name on it and that he decided to put it in my room. Someone told me many years ago that there is good in every man.

People of other cultures

What is it about Muslims that my friend likes so much? I've been to Muslim chat rooms and they are very nice. I've also associated myself with Indians and they are very nice. Indian girls are very sweet. Puerto Ricans are also very nice. Dominicans are the ones who are very rude, uneducated and ignorant and they don't change the way they speak. There are a lot of Dominicans who are very evil. They call themselves sovereign and they never take The Dominican Republic out of poverty. I will never go back to The Dominican Republic. We are in the 21st century and Dominicans in The Dominican Republic still shit in Letrinas.

When I told the Jamaican man in the afternoon when he came back here that they cannot stay here with us because this is supportive housing for the mentally ill the police knocked on my door. When I explained to one of the police officers that this is supportive housing for the mentally ill and that we are not allowed to bring anyone here to live with us he said to me twice, "you can't kick anyone out." You think the Jamaican couple called the police on me? 

A lot of crazy stuff happens in this country

I kept telling the Jamaican couple that they cannot stay here because we can get into trouble due to having them living here. In the morning before they left the house I told them that this is supportive housing for the mentally ill that they are not allowed to live here and that we can get into trouble due to having them living here with us and that I am not losing my home. In the afternoon the Jamaican man came back here, he brought meat with him, I got angry and I told him that he cannot stay here with us because we are not allowed to bring anyone here to live with us. He left then he came back, I got angry again I punched the door and I told him that they cannot stay here. A while after that the police knocked on the door and I told the police officer that my roommate brought 2 of his friends to live here with us and that this is supportive housing for the mentally ill and that they are not allowed to live here with us and the police officer said to me that I can't kick anyone out then I told him again that this is supportive housing for the mentally ill and that we are not allowed to bring anyone here to live with us and the police officer said to me again, "you can't kick anyone out." I showed them the website of the office of the mayor with my phone then they left. Did the Jamaican man call the police on me?

I decided to go to the Supermarket one morning like I always do. I asked Eugene what he needed me to buy for him. When I came back home from the supermarket and I put the food I bought on the table all of a sudden Eugene got angry, he punched the bread I bought for him, he opened the front door of the house, he grabbed the chocolate syrup I bought for him and he threw it outside, then he said to me, "Francisco I know you don't care, you just want to be controlling."

The root cause in psychology

I still have so many problems to deal with that it is hard for me to think clear. The root cause in psychology is when you identify the cause of a problem. Eugene should have not brought the Jamaican couple to live with us knowing that we are not allowed to bring anyone to live here. After all this happened Eugene told me that the Jamaican man offered him 30 dollars for him to sleep here for one night but he never gave Eugene any money. They told Eugene that they were going to sleep here for only one night, they kept coming here every night to sleep and they moved here. Being homeless is my greatest fear and I used to read and watch videos about homelessness. According to what I read homeless people don't have a place to drink water or a place to use the bathroom when they need to. I also read about people who intentionally commit crimes to get arrested to go to prison because they don't know how to survive outside. I read a story about a man who said that he can only survive in prison and he said that he was going to commit a serious crime to never leave prison. A woman told me at a hospital that her son likes to intentionally get arrested to go to prison because he can't survive outside. When I saw the Jamaican couple sleeping on the floor on the couch seat cushions that broke my heart and I decided to order a queen size air mattress from Amazon for them to sleep comfortably but they are the kind of people who like to take advantage of good people. I told Eugene that he should have not brought them here to live with us knowing that we are not allowed to bring anyone to live with us. When I first moved to this house Mustafa told me that Eugene is developmentally retarded. Black people know that there is something wrong with Eugene and they like to take advantage of him. A lot of black people are predators and they know what they are doing. The air mattress I ordered from Amazon for the Jamaican couple to sleep comfortably only costed me 39.99. That's not a big deal for me because I get a lot more than that from the government every month and my SSI benefits will be increased a lot more in 2027. I told Eugene that I was going to throw the air mattress in the garbage after I told them to leave and Eugene told me that he likes it then I told him to keep it.

One night the Jamaican couple who Eugene allowed to stay with us because they are homeless went out to buy food to cook it and I was at the kitchen when the Jamaican man said to Eugene that he was going to cook and to not touch his food after Eugene allowed them to stay here because they are homeless. I keep telling Eugene how his Jamaican friend is and that he likes to live off others and Eugene refuses to accept it. I keep telling Eugene that he is a parasite and Eugene keeps defending him when I tell him how he really is. And when Eugene keeps defending him after I keep telling him how his Jamaican friend really is I tell Eugene that he is in love with his Jamaican friend that is why he defends him so much and that he is his husband. He has a long time being homeless and he refuses to go to HRA to get the help he needs. How can a person live that way? He wants to stay here for the winter and I told him that I don't want him here. I even called 911 on him. Eugene usually buys some tuna cans for his cats when he gets his food stamps. One time when Eugene got his food stamps I noticed that he only bought three tuna cans for his cats and I said to him, "You didn't buy enough tuna cans for your cats this month. What did you do with the rest of your food stamps? and Eugene said to me, "do I have to tell you what I do with my food stamps?" Then I saw him taking one of my muffins or one of my cinnamon rolls and then he said to me that he gave his food stamps to his Jamaican friend. He gave his food stamps to his Jamaican friend and he was expecting me to support him and his cats. Before I was hospitalized that's one of the reasons I got angry and I threw all the food I had in refrigerator in the garbage. I emptied the fridge and I threw everything in the garbage, Ketchup, mustard, barbecue sauce, everything. I ordered two lettuce for him and a salad dressing from Amazon, I took them out of the fridge I went out of the house and I threw them in the garbage bins. I bought ice trays from Amazon I angrily emptied them and I also threw them in the garbage. Before I was taken to the hospital I left the fridge completely emptied. When Eugene went out of the apartment he locked his room door, I opened it with a knife, I put on gloves, I took the litter and the litter box I bought for his cats I put them in one of my garbage bags and I threw them in one of the garbage bins outside. Just because a person treats you good doesn't mean that person is stupid. I said that angrily to Eugene and that I was going to continue buying what the cats need and food for them but not for him. When I was released from the hospital after being there for around two weeks or three weeks and I came back home I think Eugene used to go out to collect emptied bottles in order for him to survive and to buy the things he needs. That will teach him.

The Jamaican couple

The Jamaican couple that Eugene let move in with us eat food, when they leave a little bit of the food they eat they put it in the refrigerator, it rots then on top of that they put more food in the fridge to rot. I cleaned the refrigerator and threw all that food away. I make sure they don't leave more food in the fridge to rot. My other roommate Mustafa moved out, he hasn't disconnected his cable service and Eugene goes to Mustafa's room to watch movies and TV  shows. The Jamaican couple is staying in Eugene's room, they don't clean it, there is garbage on the floor. There is a garbage can in Eugene's room, it is full of garbage and they don't empty it in a garbage bag to throw it away. They know I like to clean. Are they expecting me to clean the room and empty the garbage can for them. The Jamaican man doesn't shave or gets a haircut. I told him that he needs to shave and that he needs a haircut. I told him that I can let him use my electric shaver and my clipper and in other words he said no to me,  he said to me, "I'm rasta." They are not hygienic. I'm glad I'm Hispanic. 

Food stamps for weed

My roommate Eugene has two Jamaican friends. They are a couple. They told him to let them sleep where we live for one night. They used to take the couch seat cushions to sleep on them on the floor. I kept thinking about a way to help them and I bought a queen size air mattress for them from Amazon for them to sleep comfortably. I was also buying food for them due to them being homeless. The Jamaican man told me that his girlfriend has a job and she doesn't use her money to buy food. They drink alcohol, they smoke cigarettes and my roommate told me that they smoke weed. Last night they only bought two steaks for themselves and they didn't buy a steak for Eugene and on top of that the Jamaican man sent Eugene to the grocery store at night to buy something for them for him to cook the steaks. Everytime Eugene got his food stamps a black guy used to come to this house to get Eugene, they used to go somewhere together to turn Eugene's food stamps into cash, he used to give Eugene some weed and he used to keep all the money. I told Eugene to stop giving his food stamps to that black guy because he was letting Eugene and his cats starve. Eugene used to get really hungry, he used to go to the dollar tree store to steal food and he used to steal my food. Eugene listened to me and he stopped giving his food stamps to the black guy in exchange for weed. One day Eugene went to a grocery store, the black guy that used to take Eugene's food stamps was at the store. He told Eugene to give him his food stamps, when Eugene said no to him the black guy pushed Eugene down to the ground. Eugene told me that if he comes here looking for him to tell him that he doesn't live here. How can I think about fame and glory when so many things keep happening in this country?

Freelee the banana girl is right. I always order a lot of bananas from Amazon because they are affordable there. I eat bananas like there is no tomorrow, I've been losing weight and I've been pooping very well. I'm not constipated anymore. A jacket I bought from Amazon didn't fit me because I was too fat and now it fits me very well. I am more relaxed now and I've been able to focus on my diet and losing weight. Soon I will be able to put on the dress I always wanted to wear. 

Fucking Black People

The last time I was hospitalized I woke up in the middle of the night hungry. I asked the african nurse that was assigned to take care of me that night for a sandwich, 2 bananas and a chocolate milk and he said to me that they don't have any food. I know they have food for the patients in a refrigerator in a room he just didn't want to get up to give me any food. I got angry and I screamed at him, "this is The United States, this is not Africa. I want a sandwich, 2 bananas and a chocolate milk." He stood up and got the food for me. A lot of crazy stuff happens in this country. 

Fucking Black female doctor

I used to go to a clinic to manage my pain and my asthma. A black female doctor was assigned to me at that clinic. When I used to go see her she kept telling me to do the cologuard screening test. I used to say to her that I refuse it. I used to tell her that I don't want to do it because I feel fine and that I don't have colerectal cancer and she said to me, "don't say you don't have it." Was she planning to say that I have colorectal cancer after doing the cologuard screening test to get money from my insurance? What I decided to do after that is buy Motrin from Amazon and an over the counter asthma pump called Primatene mist to manage my asthma. I will not go to that clinic again to see that fucking black bitch or any other doctor there. A fruit seller where I used to live told me that he had 60 years without seeing a doctor because doctors make up stuff or intentionally diagnose you with illnesses you don't have to get money from your insurance. Another thing that happens is that healthcare workers get happy when you get sick to get money from your health insurance and if you are not careful they will kill you to take your organs. Dominican healthcare workers are involved in that too. There are a lot of Dominicans who are very evil and only care about making money. I've seen videos of Dominican people who complain about other Dominicans living in the Dominican Republic and they say they are very evil and to protect yourself when you go to The Dominican Republic.
