Muslim Girl

One of the times I was hospitalized one night a Muslim girl hospital worker wearing a head scarf went inside our room, she stood next to the window, I think she farted, then she quickly left the room and her fart spread all over the room. Why she did that? You think she couldn't hold it in and went to our room to relief herself.
