Self Liberation

Self-liberation is a process of freeing ourselves from negative thoughts, emotions, habits, and behaviors that can be constricting and limiting. It's about taking ownership of our life, embracing self-responsibility, and creating a life that allows us to thrive and be our best self. 

Liberate yourself from hatred and resentment. If others did wrong to you don't feel hatred, down or resentful, simply keep your distance from them and live happy.

Liberating oneself can involve changing one's mindset by shifting away from negative thoughts and beliefs and replacing them with more positive ones.

A healthy mind is integral to overall health and well-being, and encompasses emotional, psychological, and social well-being
