Remind

I like to keep reminding people about things because they forget. They even forget the good things you do for them. Even I am forgetful.

The right path

Lead me in the right path, oh lord. Psalm 5:8

Don't let anything deviate you from the right path.

The "right path" isn't a single road but a way of living in harmony with yourself and the world. Trust yourself, and you'll find it.

Higher frequency

"Tuning into a higher frequency" means to intentionally shift your mental and emotional state towards a more positive, elevated, and harmonious vibration, often through practices like meditation, mindfulness, positive thinking, and engaging in activities that bring you joy and peace, essentially raising your energy level to a higher state of consciousness.

The right frequency

Tune into the right frequency, be happy, have positive thoughts, positive emotions, inner peace. Think of other ways you can tune into the right frequency.

What is inner peace?

Inner peace is considered a positive emotional state. It is characterized by a sense of calm, balance, and tranquility within oneself, regardless of external circumstances. Inner peace often involves freedom from excessive worry, stress, or conflict, and it is associated with clarity of mind and emotional stability. Achieving inner peace can enhance overall well-being and contribute to long-term happiness.

Live in peace with yourself

Because i lived life or faced life at an early age i decided to live my life the way that works for me, the way that i feel comfortable, the way that i feel happy, the way that I'm safe. I have life experience and I chose to live by myself. I do everything alone. I worked with people for like ten years or more and I know that people are capable of causing a lot of harm, that's their nature.

"Living in peace with yourself is also living your life" means that to truly experience and enjoy life, you need to be at peace with your own thoughts, feelings, and actions; accepting yourself fully, without unnecessary self-criticism or inner conflict, allows you to engage with the world around you more authentically and happily.

Celibate

Someone said to me many years ago "I don't want a wife, I want a room, sex is overrated."

I decided to be celibate (celebrate) to not get an STD to live longer. I try to extend my life as much as possible. I live a good life and I want to keep living to enjoy life more and to see where technology is going to take us.

Which is the right emotional state to be in?

The "right" state of emotion to be in is considered to be a positive one, like happiness or contentment as it promotes well-being and a positive outlook on life; however, experiencing a range of emotions is natural and important, and sometimes feeling negative emotions can be necessary to process situations effectively.

Transcend

Transcending generally means an elevation of consciousness, signifying a state of being that goes beyond the limitations of one's normal awareness, often associated with a deeper understanding of oneself and the world around them, sometimes reaching a higher level of perception or spiritual connection.

Transcending means to rise above or go beyond something, exceeding limits or normal expectations; essentially, it signifies moving to a superior state or level.

Do what benefits you

I do what works for me to stay out of trouble. By keeping the distance problems are avoided. Another thing I do is say things to myself to feel good and to act appropriately. I say things to myself like, the art of knowing is knowing what to ignore, don't take things personally, they're monkeys, and I try to remember the word pacifism.

I want to keep living

I want to keep living to keep fighting for a better world.

Positive self talk

Positive self-talk is a powerful way to uplift your mood, build confidence, and nurture a healthy mindset.

Reasoning means to use the mind

Reasoning fundamentally involves using the mind. It is the process of consciously applying logic, critical thinking, and analysis to understand, evaluate, or solve problems. Through reasoning, the mind interprets information, considers evidence, identifies patterns, and draws conclusions.

Feeling good about yourself is a form of self love

Feeling good about yourself is a profound expression of self-love. It involves recognizing your own worth, embracing your strengths. When you cultivate this positive relationship with yourself, it becomes a foundation for resilience, inner peace, and authentic happiness.

The mind is another world

The mind is a vast, intricate world, full of thoughts, emotions, and dreams. It's like an infinite universe where ideas, memories, and imagination coexist, shaping our perception of reality. This inner world often mirrors and sometimes transforms the external one, revealing possibilities and truths unique to each individual.

Cognitive reasoning

Cognitive reasoning is a fascinating realm of the mind! It's the process by which we take in information, analyze it, and draw conclusions to navigate the world. This ability encompasses critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making—skills that allow us to adapt to complex situations and innovate.

Epistemophilia

"My hunger's never satisfied, knowledge is what fuels me, and as savage as humans are their collective knowledge is exceptionally rich. " Brainiac

Elevation of consciousness

Elevating consciousness, also known as higher consciousness or expanded consciousness, is a state of being more aware of the world, oneself, and one's role in it.

Self-transcendence

This is a state of consciousness where a person can transcend their own personal concerns and see from a higher perspective. People who experience self-transcendence may feel joy, peace, and a heightened sense of awareness.

Severe stress

Being stressed and being insane are two different things.

Enjoy yourself alone

"I maintain my sanity by keeping my distance." Luis Miguel.

Create your own reality, your own world and enjoy yourself alone.

Enjoy the simple pleasures in life

Enjoy the simple pleasures in life like a nice drink, laughter, exercising, a nice meal, watching comedy, think about other simple pleasures in life you can enjoy.

Materialism

You don't need a lot of material things to live or to be happy.

I read about a man who lived in a trailer all his life. After he died it was discovered that he was a millionaire.

Spiritual refuge

Spiritual refuge is a source of comfort, help, or relief during times of trouble. A spiritual refuge is a sacred space—physical, mental, or emotional—dedicated to nurturing your spiritual well-being. It's a retreat from the demands of every day life where you can connect with your deeper self, find peace, and strengthen your inner sense of purpose.

Create your own refuge. The secret is to be your own island, to be your own refuge, to be your own best friend, to be self reliant.

The idea of creating your own refuge is a concept in Buddhism that means to find happiness and fulfillment within yourself, rather than looking for it in external things. The Buddha taught that the spiritual well-being of each person is their own responsibility, and that the Dharma is their own island and refuge.

Transcendence

I transcended the material world. Transcending the material world also means that you don't need a lot of material things to live or to be happy.

Focus on the good things about your life

"Suffering is only one face of life. Life has another face. The face of wonder. If we can see that face of life we will have happiness, peace and joy." Buddha

Even though i had to face problems in my life to some extent i unconsciously focused on the good things about my life and the good things about life  and i experienced happiness.

To my kids

Forgive me for all the things i said
Forgive me for all the things i've done
I love you and i want you to return
wherever you are
i want your love once again
once again
once again
i want your love once again

Traveling is bullshit

Traveling to other countries is not as exciting as we are made to believe. You can have more fun in the US than in other countries. You can do in the US what you do in other countries when you travel for vacation and have a better time. A hospital worker told me that he went to mexico and he said that he came back traumatized. One time I had enough money available to travel to another country and I didn't. I've been to other countries, you think I'm blind? Thousands of migrants have been crossing the US border, what does that tell you?

Watch comedy

Our thoughts affect our emotions that's why it is important to have positive thoughts to experience positive emotions. To have positive thoughts and experience positive emotions I watch, read and listen to things that improve my mood. I watch comedy, funny scenes about the comedy I watch come to my mind, I start laughing and it feels good. I've lived years of joy by myself watching comedy and doing what I like but I can't watch TV anymore for some unknown reason.

Don't blame yourself

People behave according to the information they have in their minds. Buddha said that the cause of all pain and suffering is ignorance. A quote says, "forgive yourself for not knowing then what you know now." Another quote says, "no one is really going to help you or give you direction. In fact, the odds are against you." Forgive yourself, try not to make mistakes again and move on. After doing some thinking i don't blame myself for the mistakes i made. I made a lot of mistakes in life in part because no one guided me and i was young and inexperienced.

The System Sucks

I live in an old building with no elevator on the fourth floor that was built in 1915. Going up the stairs with a heavy backpack makes me realize how much this system sucks. The US government has to build better housing for people to live in like the Chinese government does instead of wasting the country's money on wars. I'm already a little old and my knees hurt. When I get older I  won't be able to go up the stairs. Imagine older people living in this building without an elevator. I've seen older people living here struggling to go up the stairs.

Peaceful Warrior Self Defense
