Do what benefits you

I do what works for me to stay out of trouble. By keeping the distance problems are avoided. Another thing I do is say things to myself to feel good and to act appropriately. I say things to myself like, the art of knowing is knowing what to ignore, don't take things personally, they're monkeys, and I try to remember the word pacifism.

  1. Inner dialogue is helpful. Thinking and focusing on what we want and desire. I want to add that we should learn to focus on the solution not the problem. If you think about the problem it grows but if you focus on knowing the solution then it manifests fast.
