Use absence
A guy said in a video that he stays to himself and that people see him as a problem. I went through that with my family. I used to stay at home in peace using my computer without bothering anyone and my family used to harass me. I almost went to prison because of one of my cousins. One of the laws of the book the 48 laws of power says to use absence to gain respect and honor. A man wrote that he had to leave for others to start respecting him. A woman said in a video to keep your distance for others to respect you. When I was always available being too good and helping others I went through a lot. I used to think that treating them good was going to change the way they used to treat me but I was wrong. The best solution I found to the problems I kept having with others was to keep my distance from them. I began to keep my distance after I read psalm one. By keeping the distance problems are avoided. Keep your distance and don't feel hatred, be happy. The teachings of Jesus are unrealistic, idealistic.
Being "too nice" or a people-pleaser often leads to being taken advantage of, exploited, or treated as a doormat rather than receiving love and respect. This occurs when kindness is mistaken for weakness, causing others to take without gratitude. To avoid this, it is essential to establish firm boundaries, prioritize self-care, and practice authentic kindness rather than passive people-pleasing.

Black people
This country has to do something about black people. Year after year and generation after generation the same shit keeps happening with black people. What are they being taught in school?

Create your own reality
Materialism
You don't need a lot of material things to live or to be happy. From Buddhism and philosophy I learned to live happy with little. I also learned about minimalism, that's when you live with only what's necessary. I use my money to buy only what's necessary.
The seeds of joy
Thich Nhat Hanh taught that the mind is a garden, and to live a happy life, one must consciously plant and water the "seeds" of joy, mindfulness, and compassion, while not allowing negative seeds of anger or fear to be watered. Nurturing these positive, innate seeds transforms daily experiences and brings immediate peace, as described in his teachings on mindful, conscious living.
I feel free being single
I am happier being single. Being single I am able to buy nice things for myself. If I were married and had more children I wouldn't be able to do that. I will buy a smart monitor next for myself and I will buy a futon bed to put it in my room to use the smart monitor which is a computer itself. I've been living a good life for many years being single.

My favorite meal
My favorite meal is chickpeas with lentils and avocado. It's a vegetarian meal and it helps you poop.
