"Life is a sandwich make it a good one." I recently learned about creating my own reality, my own world. I created a reality or a world of peace and happiness for myself. When i used to live in another community i used to live in my own reality, in my own world and i was happy. I lived years of joy by myself watching comedy and doing what i like.

Make the good times last

If you want to live happy make the good times last. Good times can last. You just have to do something to make them last. Make good things happen to you. Create your own reality.

Become Happy

You become what you read, what you watch and what you listen to, you could also end up being like those you surround yourself with. Read, watch and listen to things that will make you happy. Be your own therapist and heal yourself.
