Buddha walked in to the lecture hall at the sangha with hundreds of brothers gathered for the buddha to speak. Just as buddha was about to begin a bird started singing, as the lecture hall was open air.The bird sang for a while the bird quit eventually and buddha got up to leave and one of the brothers asked him where was he going and what happened to the lecture. Buddha told him that he wasn't listening.
